Step 1 – Add Google Drive

In this demo, we stored our bank statements in Google Drive. We will use the New File in Folder as the Trigger.

Kindly choose the drive and the folder name where the bank statement is located.

Step 4 – Add PDF.co

Now, it’s time to extract the bank statement. Let’s choose PDF.co as the App and the Document Parser as the Action Event.

Let’s configure the Document Parser.

  • In the Input field, select the Web Content Link from the previous step.
  • In the Template Id field, enter the bank statement template Id. You get a copy of the template here. Kindly copy and save it to your Document Parser.
